When the rubber meets the road, our Partners and Sponsors are what really make Team 1629 possible. Partners contribute MAJOR time (mentors and support), and or MAJOR resources (material, money). Sponsors are as important by contributing significant money. Without our Partners and Sponsors, Team 1629 could not function, operate, or exist. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

Garrett County Public Schools
Our local public schools support us by placing robotics on the same level as varsity sports (including grade eligibility)! They even have a line item in their annual budget to ensure funding comes our way. Lastly, Garrett County Public School officials always attend our regional and national meets! What else could you ask for? |

Garrett County Government
Garrett County Government contributes the building we call home. This gives us a wonderful meeting facility that is large enough to accomodate classroom style meeting space, a kitchen, and a large warehouse area that allows us to design, build, test, and practice with our robot on a full size playing field! This facility also hosts FLL and FTC as well. Our home gives us a big competitive advantage! Thank you, Garrett County Government! |
